Raising the Beam for Quality Care

Our team at St. Anthony North Hospital topped off 2023 in a big way — literally! We celebrated our new tower expansion being one step closer to completion with a beam-raising ceremony in December.

The expansion will feature a new five-story structure, adding 133,000 square feet to the existing hospital. It will be home to service lines such as radiation oncology, medical oncology, a state-of-the-art infusion center and a medical surgical unit, among others — keeping patients close to home for compassionate care.

“This expansion will provide much-needed cancer care services right in our community and will expand our capacity to meet the growing needs,” said Constance Schmidt, DNP, MHA, RN, FACHE, St. Anthony North Hospital CEO.

We’re incredibly grateful to the many philanthropic supporters who are helping to bring this important project to life for our North Denver neighbors. The new tower is on schedule with first patients expected by July 31 of this year.
