Impact Story: Tiffany Chohfi

For Tiffany Chohfi, a registered nurse at St. Anthony North Hospital, earning an advanced degree felt like a dream she’d need to put on the back burner. The cost of school, coupled with her daily living expenses as she raised her son, was more than she could comfortably afford — until she received a phone call that changed her life.

Tiffany had been selected to receive a generous scholarship from St. Anthony North Hospital Foundation. “I just started crying,” she said. “I was so grateful to God and the universe and St. Anthony for everything.”

Like Tiffany, many of our incredible associates at St. Anthony North Hospital — clinical and non-clinical — dream of furthering their career in health care. And when they do, our community flourishes. But the overwhelming cost of education is an enormous barrier, forcing them to push it off or even abandon it completely.

That’s why we’ve launched a campaign to grow the St. Anthony North Scholarship Endowment — to help our associates pursue degrees, certifications, licensures, and other education opportunities without the heavy burden of paying for them alone. The endowment is 100% supported by the generosity of our donors.
