CHI St. Francis Health Foundation makes it possible to support what's close to your heart. We are a 501 c(3) nonprofit that supports the local hospital, nursing home, clinics, and assists Hospice with its donation processing. We work hard to keep health care close to home and are able to offer an outstanding rural health care experience because people like you value and support it.
