Golf Tournament

Wednesday, May 21, 2025 at Pueblo Country Club

We invite your participation and ask for your support to our upcoming annual Flight for Life Golf Tournament on Wednesday, May 21, 2025. Our team is excited for this year’s event at the Pueblo Country Club in Pueblo, Colorado!

This year’s tournament benefits our Flight for Life programs at St. Mary-Corwin Hospital and St. Thomas More Hospital. Your continued support is vital to Flight for Life, which provides life-saving care to our Pueblo, Fremont County and Southern Colorado communities.

Please review the details for this year’s event, below:

  • Advance registration is required, there will be no on-site registration (only minimal check-in). Sponsors and players must pay and provide all golfer names to the St. Mary-Corwin Health
    Foundation prior to arriving on May 21.
  • Registration with sponsorships includes green fees, golf cart, gourmet lunch boxes, snack sacks, complementary beverages during play, and an appreciation gift for each player.
  • All registration supplies will be pre-loaded into assigned golf carts.
    • Each foursome will have two golf carts.
    • Following the ball drop, golfers should proceed to their assigned hole to start the round.
  • All food will be grab-and-go style. Gourmet lunches will be provided following the round of golf. Snack sacks will be located on each individual golf cart.
  • Prizes for 1st and 2nd place team flights, as well as competition holes, will be awarded following the tournament. Hole #3 will be the Hole-In-One location (for amateurs) with $25,000 prize for a hole-in-one: half to the winning player, and the other half to St. Mary-Corwin and St. Thomas More Health Foundations.
  • We are committed to ensure the safety of all players for the tournament and will adhere to the health departments and CommonSpirit guidelines for all participants and volunteers

Schedule for the Tournament – May 21, 2025 at Pueblo Country Club

  •  7:30–8:15 am: Registration Opens for Check-in
  •  8:30–8:45 am: Welcome, Recognition of Sponsors, Impact Sharing (outside in front of Pro Shop)
  •  8:45 am: Flight for Life Ball Drop (located outside off Hole #3 — near the Pro Shop)
     - Certificates will be given at the event to the 1st and 2nd closest ball to the hole
  •  9:00 am: T-Off by the Golf Teams — Shotgun Start
  •  1:30 pm: Lunch Boxes Served (grassy area by Clubhouse)

Each team (foursome) of players will be required to complete and return:
