Cardiac Cath Lab Grand Opening

The Mercy Health Foundation is thrilled to announce the opening of a second Cardiac Catheterization Lab at Mercy Hospital. The $3.3M urgent project was made possible thanks to our generous donors and community. The Lab will allow us to heal more hearts, serving our community for years to come. It will allow us to lead in the Region with comprehensive heart care. It will support physician recruitment and retention, caregiver resilience, and unique patient needs.

With high resolution imaging, our physicians will be able to perform coronary road mapping with advanced technology at their fingertips. The lab will allow teams to see more patients and schedule multiple procedures at once, which is critical when every minute matters. Merely fourteen months ago, we had the oldest Cath Lab in the CommonSpirit Mountain Region.

We’re proud to share that we now have state-of-the-art equipment, and the best team, right here in our own backyard.
