Code Lavender: A New Wellness Program for Associates

With support from the Ferguson Family Foundation, led by Brian and Teri Ferguson, we are pleased to launch a new associate wellness and professional development program: Code Lavender. This program originated at the Cleveland Clinic as a crisis intervention tool—to be implemented in high stress situations. Code Lavender’s purpose is to promote a healthy workplace and staff well-being by encouraging hospital employees to build self-care routines.

We’re grateful for the ability to support the well-being of our hospital staff and for the continued generosity of the Ferguson Family Foundation, making transformative programs like this possible.
