John joined the Longmont United Hospital Foundation Board in 2023. John graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a BS in Accounting and from the University of Iowa with an MBA in Finance. He retired from Micro Motion (Emerson) after 32 years in accounting, sales, business development and marketing roles. Since retiring, John has been driving part-time for Via Mobility.

In their free time, John and his wife enjoy golfing, traveling and spending time with their three children.
