Making an Impact in Southern Colorado

Thanks to more than $3,700 in funding from our Foundation, St. Mary-Corwin Hospital’s Trauma Services team was delighted to attend the Colorado State Fair Health Day on August 26, 2023.

The team distributed more than 300 helmets to participants, both adults and children, and provided education on bicycle safety and proper use of helmets. 

We were also able to disburse more than $3,100 to St. Mary-Corwin Hospital’s Community Garden, supplying an upgraded sprinkler system which will help continue this community program, which sources fresh vegetables locally for our neighbors.
