The Power of Generosity at the Dorcy Cancer Center

We are grateful to the Sam Price Family Foundation for their generous gift of $6,800 in grant funding.

This gift will provide our Dorcy Cancer Center patients and survivors with access to Mindful Music—The Virtual Series with Molly Lord. These virtual online classes, with support from our Cancer Network Survivor Committee, will help cancer patients and survivors benefit from the power of music as they continue their journey toward well-being.

We are also grateful for our incredible volunteers, such as Janice Medrano, who dedicate their time to programs like our Breast Cancer Boutique at the Dorcy Cancer Center.

Janice was recently honored in the PBS “Colorado Voices” video series, where she shares her story of surviving cancer and paying it forward to other cancer patients. It truly takes a village! You can watch the video at tinyurl.com/SMConPBS.
