Guest House Ministry

Ingram Guest House

An aerial view of the new Ingram Guest House

Within walking distance of St. Francis Hospital and its cancer center and NICU, the Ingram Guest House was made possible by the incredible generosity of our community, led by principal donors Jerry Bruni and Pamela Ingram Bruni.

Named in honor of Pamela’s parents, Woody and Millie Ingram, the Ingram Guest House will provide even more patients and family members with a comfortable space to rest—keeping them close to care and their loved ones and relieving some of the financial burden that comes with travel, food and accommodations.

With more than 125 trade partners and counting involved in this momentous project, the Ingram Guest House has become the largest community-funded project in Colorado Springs to date.

Thank you again to our generous community and lead donors Jerry Bruni and Pamela Ingram Bruni for making this guest house vision a reality for families in their time of need. Our warm and inviting two-story home is nestled in the safe, residential area known as the Old North End, directly across from Penrose Hospital. It is handicap accessible and features comfortable, private suites, common living areas, a full-service kitchen and dining room and business center.

Our 12,000 square foot guest house was built in 2008 by HBA Cares for Penrose-St. Francis Health Services in partnership with Penrose-St. Francis Health Foundation and Vantage Homes Corporation. The guest house is named in remembrance of an extraordinary man, as a Penrose Hospital chaplain and cancer survivor himself, who comforted and inspired myriads of people, particularly those with catastrophic illnesses.
